TEX. CIV. R. 83.10(a); if plaintiffs' counsel resides in this district and/or his principal office is located in this district, show cause why counsel failed to comply with N.D. Tex. Civ. R. 83.13(b); and certify that counsel reviewed the en banc decision of this court in Dondi Properties Corporation v. Commerce Savings and Loan Association, 121 F.R.D. 284 (N.D. Tex. 1988) (per curiam) (standards of litigation conduct), the Federal Rules of Civil Procedure, and the Local Civil Rules, see docket entry 11 , and will comply will all orders of this court.
