ORDER GRANTING IN PART 1 Petition for Writ of Habeas Corpus by Luis Francisco Lacayo Delgadillo; 10 Petition for Writ of Habeas Corpus by Jimy Orlando Zelaya Calero; 12 Petition for Writ of Habeas Corpus by Erick Antonio Hernandez Perez; and 14 Petition for Writ of Habeas Corpus by Roberto Jose Cordova Perez. Within seven (7) days of this Order, Respondents shall provide the foregoing Petitioners with an individualized bond hearing consistent with 8 U.S.C. § 1226(a) or otherwise release Petitioners. Such bond may not be denied on the basis that Petitioners are detained pursuant to § 1225(b)(2). As the habeas petitions have been adjudicated, this case is ADMINISTRATIVELY CLOSED.
