Notice to Counsel of Local Rule
NOTICE of Local Rule 1.11(e), which provides that, unless an order states another time, a seal under Rule 1.11 expires ninety days after a case is closed and all appeals are exhausted. To prevent the content of a sealed item from appearing on the docket after the seal expires, a party or interested non-party must move for relief before the seal expires. (Signed by Deputy Clerk). Order
ORDER. This cause is before the Court on the Court's Order (Doc. 15 (the "Order")) and the parties' Notice of Selection of Mediator. (Doc. 16 (the "Notice")). The Order required the parties to advise the Court as to the selection of a mediator and the mediation date. The Notice contained the name of the mediator but did not include the mediation date. Therefore, it is ORDERED that the parties shall file an Amended Notice including the mediation date within fourteen (14) days of the date of this Order. Failure to comply with this Order may result in the dismissal of the case or in other appropriate sanctions. Signed by Judge Paul G. Byron on 6/22/2026. (KM)
