STIPULATION OF VOLUNTARY DISMISSAL WITH PREJUDICE: WHEREAS, pursuant to a Stipulation of Settlement and Agreement (the "Agreement"), plaintiff Steve Otis ("Plaintiff" or "Otis") and defendant Brett Taylor, i/s/h/a Garren James a/k/a Brett Taylor ("Settling Defendant" or "Taylor") have agreed to dismiss the claims against Settling Defendant with prejudice. Claims against co-defendant Cowboys4Angels have not been released and remain pending with this Court. IT IS HEREBY STIPULATED AND AGREED by and between the parties' respective counsel that the above-captioned action as against the Settling Defendant is voluntarily dismissed with prejudice pursuant to the Federal Rules of Civil Procedure 41(a)(1)(A)(ii).
