Proposed Order to Judge re Motion
PROPOSED ORDER TO JUDGE re 34 MOTION for Summary Judgment filed by Pactiv LLC.(English, Donald)
Order/Notice to Attorney
(Text-Only) ORDER. Defendant's Proposed Order granting Defendant's Motion for Summary Judgment (Doc. No. 40) does not comply with Standing Order No. 3. The proposed order contains boilerplate disposition language and does not set out the relief sought with a short statement of the rationale, citations to authority, or, where appropriate, citations to the record, as Standing Order No. 3 requires. Accordingly, Defendant's proposed order is stricken. Defendant must refile, within two days of this Order, a revised proposed order that complies with Standing Order No. 3. Failure to comply may result in the motion papers being stricken without prejudice or other appropriate action. This Order addresses only the form and content of the proposed order and does not resolve Defendant's Motion for Summary Judgment. Ordered by Judge Jerry W. Blackwell on 6/25/2026. (LC3)
