If the parties have not reached agreement on a video selection methodology by September 1, 2026, they shall submit to the court their respective proposals for a selection methodology by September 2, 2026. Defendants are ordered to complete the government production of Bovino documents by September 30, 2026; this extension is limited to the production of such documents in the governments possession and has no effect on Bovinos deadline to produce documents in his possession.
