NOTICE OF TELEPHONE CONFERENCE: IT IS ORDERED that a telephone conference is set for July 1, 2026 at 10:30 AM before Magistrate Judge Erin Wilder-Doomes to discuss the 35 Motion to Compel Additional Limited Discovery filed by Plaintiff Beverly J. Biggs. The purpose of the conference is to discuss the pending Motion prior to the deadline to file an opposition memorandum; therefore, it is not necessary to provide an opposition memorandum before the telephone conference. If the conference does not resolve the issues raised in the motion, an opposition memorandum may still be filed within the deadlines imposed by the Local Civil Rules. Counsel participating in the Conference shall call 225-372-6199 using phone conference ID 194727947 five minutes prior to the conference. IT IS FURTHER ORDERED that, prior to the conference, counsel shall confer regarding the Motion in accordance with their Fed. R. Civ. P. 37 obligations. If the Motion is resolved prior to the conference, Plaintiff shall promptly move to withdraw the Motion. Failure to timely appear for the conference may result in resolution of the Motion without further notice.
