MINUTE ORDER (text only): In light of Defendant's 19 amended notice of removal and 20 amended corporate disclosure statement, which demonstrate diversity for jurisdictional purposes, the Court DISCHARGES its 18 order to show cause. The Court GRANTS the parties' 17 stipulated motion to extend deadlines for good cause shown. Disclosure of expert testimony shall be due by 9/24/2026 and disclosure of rebuttal expert testimony shall be due by 10/23/2026. All other deadlines, including but not limited to the deadlines for the close of discovery and for Daubert and dispositive motions, remain as listed in the Court's prior scheduling order, Dkt.
