Order
ORDER. Within 14 days of the date of this Order, Primary Counsel for those Claimants listed on Exhibits A through Exhibit C must submit responses to this Order showing cause why sanctions should not be imposed for their failures to comply with the applicable requirements of CMO 98 and provide the specific information required by this Order as to each Claimant listed. Each firm must submit its responses on their Program Portal with BrownGreer, using the Search button on the Portal to find and select the relevant claimant and then the CMO 98 Compliance Order function to enter the required data for that claimant. The Court will receive all submissions via BrownGreer, and submission to BrownGreer will be considered the equivalent of a filing on the Court's docket for review by the Court. For those firms that do not fully comply with this Order, Primary Counsel will be required to appear in person before the undersigned to explain and show good cause for why meaningful sanctions should not be imposed. Signed by JUDGE M CASEY RODGERS on 9/8/2025. (lsd)
