ORDER GRANTING STIPULATED MOTION TO CONTINUE DEFENDANT MCLANE COMPANY, INC.'S DEADLINE TO RESPOND TO COMPLAINT TO AFFORD PLAINTIFF LEAVE TO FILE FIRST AMENDED COMPLAINT. 1. MCI's time within which to serve and file any motions, pleadings or other filings responsive to Plaintiff's Complaint shall be and hereby is extended up to and including July 6, 2026. 2. Plaintiff shall be and hereby is granted leave to file his FAC on or before July 6, 2026, and MCI shall have 21 days from the date on which the FAC is filed and served to file any motions, pleadings, or other filings responsive to Plaintiffs FAC. 3. In the event that Plaintiff does not file his FAC by July 6, 2026, MCI shall serve and file any motions, pleadings, or other filings responsive to Plaintiffs Complaint within 14 days therefrom, i.e., on or before July 20, 2026. 4. The Parties to the Stipulation reserve all rights and defenses they may have, and the Stipulation shall not impair or otherwise affect such rights and defenses. Signed by Judge Benjamin H. Settle.
