Filed: April 26, 2024 | Entered: April 26, 2024 Readerlink Distribution Services, LLC v. Menard, Inc.
190(Contract: Other) | Illinois Northern
Minute
MINUTE entry before the Honorable Jeffrey T. Gilbert: The Court has reviewed the parties' Stipulation to Revise Briefing Schedule and Re-Set Dates 41 . In light of the Stipulation 41 , the Court strikes the briefing schedule on Menard's Motion to Strike 39 and denies the Motion 39 as moot. Pursuant to the parties' agreement, Defendant Menard is given until 5/7/24 to further amend its interrogatory responses, to provide a written response to Readerlink's Request for Production of Documents, and to produce additional documents. Because the parties have met and conferred and Defendant Menard has agreed to provide supplemental discovery responses, Plaintiff Readerlink's Motion to Compel 37 is denied without prejudice. If discovery disputes remain after Menard has supplemented its discovery responses, the parties must comply with Local Rule 37.2 before Readerlink files any additional motion to compel. The hearing scheduled for 5/9/24 is stricken. Instead, the parties shall file a joint status report on 5/14/24 to provide the Court with an update on the status of discovery and any outstanding issues. The Court will set a status hearing, as necessary, in a future order. Mailed notice (ber, ) (Entered: 04/26/2024)
