Defendant "requests that the Court allow the parties to reschedule mediation to a mutually convenient date and time prior to October 15, 2026." Mot. at 2. The Court finds good cause to permit the parties to reschedule the mediation conference for a date on or before October 15, 2026. Accordingly, the parties shall submit a Joint Notice of Mediation specifying the mediator's name and the "time, date, and place for mediation" on or before August 20, 2026. See [ECF No. 17] at 2.
