Order Dismissing Case
MEMORANDUM OPINION & ORDER: For the reasons stated in the accompanying memorandum, the Court grants LOL Finance's second renewed motion for partial summary judgment on its breach-of-contract claim against Barbara Tarver, individually and on behalf of the estate of Phillip Tarver, and the Phillip Tarver Cattle Company. The Court further dismisses all remaining claims without prejudice. Finally, by 6/1/25, the Court orders LOL Finance to file a proposed judgment and (if necessary) supporting motion addressing the proper calculation of damages (principal and interest) as of 7/1/25. Any Defendant may file an opposition or response to the proposed judgment within 21 days of LOL Finance's filing. cc: counsel (JM)
