TEXT ORDER: Having received and reviewed Plaintiff's July 1, 2026 letter, ECF No. 106, describing multiple discovery disputes with Defendant Corsa Motors, and requesting leave to file a motion to compel; and the Court noting that it is unclear whether the parties met and conferred on all disputes prior to raising them with the Court; and for good cause shown; it is ORDERED that, if they have not already done so, the parties shall meet and confer on all outstanding discovery disputes. It is further ORDERED that Defendant Corsa Motors shall file a letter response to Plaintiff's letter no later than July 7, 2026.
