DOCKET TEXT ORDER granting in part and denying in part 32 Motion. The court is in receipt of Defendant Valley Fine Foods' ("Valley Fine") 32 Rule 60(a) Motion, in which Valley Fine asks the court to reconsider its 31 Memorandum Decision and Order Granting in Part and Denying in Part 16 Defendant Michael Jayne's Motion to Stay on the basis that the order incorrectly stated that Valley Fine had not filed a brief on the issue. Through administrative error, the court was unaware that Valley Fine did file a 18 timely response to Plaintiff's Opposition to the Motion to Stay. Accordingly, the court withdraws its 31 order and will enter an amended order after it has an opportunity to review Valley Fine's 18 response. Signed by Judge David Barlow on 6/26/26.
