Order
ORDER - On February 18, 2026, the court took notice of Plaintiff's motion to dismiss her claims against Defendant Davis Hospital and Medical Center (DHMC). The non-debtor defendants, however, have asserted crossclaims against DHMC relating to apportionment of fault. Because DHMC has been dismissed from the lawsuit, the crossclaims are dismissed as moot. But to the extent the non-debtor defendants seek to allocate fault to DHMC, they are directed to comply with DUCivR 9-1 by July 17, 2026. Additionally, although counsel for DHMC did not file a proper motion to withdraw in this case, upon further consideration, its attorneys need not comply with the instructions set forth in the docket text order on June 25, 2026 (ECF No. 105 ). Signed by Judge Dale A. Kimball on 6/30/2026. (eat)
