ORDER GRANTING 51 Motion for Extension of Time for Expert Discovery Deadlines. Defendants move to amend the scheduling order to extend the expert discovery deadlines, as well as the overall discovery deadline, and Plaintiffs have no objection (Doc. 51). For good cause shown, the Court adopts the proposed amended discovery deadlines, with a slight modification to the deadline that fell on a weekend. Extending the discovery deadlines also necessitates moving the dispositive motion, the Mediation Program Completion deadline, and the trial date. Accordingly, the deadline to complete a Mediation Session remains October 23, 2026 (Doc. 41). Plaintiffs' expert witnesses must be disclosed by October 16, 2026, and must be deposed by November 16, 2026. Defendants' expert witnesses must be disclosed by December 14, 2026, and must be deposed by January 7, 2027. The overall discovery deadline is now January 7, 2027. Mediation Proceedings, including additional mediation sessions, if any, are strongly encouraged to be completed by January 22, 2027. Dispositive motions are now due February 8, 2027.
