ORDER GRANTING FINAL APPROVAL OF CLASS ACTION SETTLEMENTS AND GRANTING PLAINTIFFS' MOTION FOR ATTORNEYS' FEES AND LITIGATION COSTS AND FINAL JUDGMENT 365 by Judge Wesley L. Hsu. The Court GRANTS Plaintiffs' Motion and enters this Final Approval Order and Judgment. For all the reasons stated in the Preliminary Approval Order and at the hearing for final approval of the settlements, the Court finds and determines that the terms of the settlements are fair, adequate, and reasonable to the Class. The Court finds and determines that the all-inclusive gross settlement amount of $222,000, and the resulting settlement shares to be paid to the class members as provided by the settlements, are fair and reasonable. The court hereby grants final approval and orders that payment of the settlement shares be distributed to the class members out of the net settlement amount in accordance with thesettlement agreements. The Court finds and determines that the fees and expenses of Stretto in administering the settlement, in an amount of up to $35,000, are fair and reasonable. The Court hereby grants final approval to and orders the payment of up to $35,000 in administrative expenses in accordance with the settlement agreements. The Court hereby grants final approval to and orders the payment of $55,000 for attorneys' fees to Class Counsel in accordance with the settlement agreements. The Court hereby grants final approval to and orders the payment of $10,000 for litigation expenses to Class Counsel in accordance with the settlement agreements. {See order for further details] (lom)
