After hearing from the parties, the Court allows discovery to be conducted in this case. The Court asks the parties to confer regarding deadlines. The parties to submit a proposed joint schedule within one week from today. The Court inform the parties of the Court's mediation program and directs the parties to reach out to the clerk if they would like a referral at any point of the case.
