Plaintiff Marvin Carlo Morales and Defendant Experian Information Solutions, Inc. shall proceed to arbitration before the American Arbitration Association pursuant to its Consumer Arbitration Rules. 2. The action is STAYED as between Plaintiff and Experian, pending completion of the arbitration. 3. All deadlines, including those previously set by this Court, are STAYED as between Plaintiff and Experian. 4. Plaintiff and Experian shall file a joint status report within 120 days, and a further report every 120 days thereafter. Each report must state on the cover page the date the next report is due. Additionally, the parties must notify the Court within seven days of the conclusion of arbitration proceedings. (lc)
