Order
ORDER: Denying without prejudice as premature 39 "Plaintiff's Objections to the Report and Recommendation (ECF Doc. 35)." In the motion, plaintiff states that she "requires an order of this Court to release" an audio recording of her preliminary injunction hearing, and that she has moved for such an order together with a request for an extension of time to object to the to the R&R at Docket No. 35, but that her motion "has not been resolved" (Docket No. 39, p. 1). Plaintiff refers to the motion at Docket No. 36 . And, contrary to her assertions, on August 14, 2026, the court ruled on that motion (Docket No. 36), denying her request for a copy of the audio recording, and granting in part her request for an extension of time to file objections to the R&R, stating that a new deadline to submit objections to the R&R would be set in due course. See, Order at Docket No. 38. Plaintiff should refer to that Order. Signed by Judge Pedro A. Delgado-Hernandez on 8/18/2026. (AEM)
