Order ~Util - Set Deadlines/Hearings
ORDER: The parties shall file a Joint Proposed Scheduling Memorandum including compliance with the Rule 26 disclosures; each party's factual and legal contentions; each party's fact and expert witnesses with a short summary of their testimonies; a discovery timetable with suggested deadlines; and whether each party consents to proceed before a United States Magistrate Judge for all further proceedings including the entry of judgment. The Court will then issue a Case Management Order approving and/or modifying the proposed discovery timetable, rendering those deadlines final and binding upon all parties.
