MINUTE entry before the Honorable Heather K. McShain: The Court has reviewed the parties' joint status report 44 , which reports that defendant served answers to plaintiff's discovery requests around 02/28/2025 and issued their own written discovery requests around 03/03/2025. The parties report that Third Party Defendants Cary Cybul and Results Realty USA have been served and their time to answer has elapsed. Defendant intends to move for default as to these third party defendants. Defendant reports that Third Party Defendant Cory Cybul has not been served and defendant intends to seek an alias summons. For this reason, the parties filed a joint motion 45 to extend the remaining case deadlines 17 . The Court grants the parties' joint motion for an extension of time 45 and extends the following deadlines as requested: Rule 45 subpoenas to be issued by 05/28/2025. All fact discovery to be completed by 06/30/2025. On settlement, the parties report there have been no settlement discussions. Further joint status report due 05/29/2025 to update the Court on (a) the progress of discovery; (b) the state of settlement discussions, if any; and (c) any other matters the parties believe should be brought to the Court's attention.
