The October 1, 2026 final pretrial conference is vacated and rescheduled for March 31, 2027, at 10:00 a.m. in Room 330. The November 2, 2026 jury trial is vacated and rescheduled to commence on April 26, 2027, at 9:00 a.m. in Courtroom 344, Birch Bayh Federal Building and Untied States Courthouse, Indianapolis, Indiana. The parties should anticipate no further extension of time to file briefs in the pending motion for summary judgment.
