MINUTE (IN CHAMBERS) ORDER RE: FURTHER MEDIATION AND STRIKING WITHDRAWN MOTION (DOC. 90) FROM DOCKET by Judge Josephine L. Staton: the Court ORDERS the parties to further mediation. Within fourteen (14) days from the date of this Order, the parties shall file a joint report informing the Court of the selected mediator and the date set for mediation. Within ten (10) days after the mediation, the parties shall file a notice with the Court regarding the outcome of the mediation. In light of the foregoing and based on the Courts anticipated trial schedule, the Final Pretrial Conference and hearing on the parties motions in limine (Docs. 85 , 86 , 87 , 88 , 89 , 9 1, 92 , 93 , and 94 ) is CONTINUED from 4/23/ 2021 at 10:30 AM., to 9/10/2021 at 10:30 AM. The court further notes that Defendants have withdrawn their Motion in Limine No. 2 (Doc. 90 ). (Status Report at 3.) The Court therefore STRIKES that motion from the docket. (jp)
