Order on Motion for Extension of Time to File Response/Reply/Answer
PAPERLESS ORDER. THIS MATTER is before the Court on Plaintiff's Unopposed Motion for Extension of Time to Respond to Defendant's Partial Motion to Dismiss Class Action Complaint (DE 14 ) ("Motion"). The Motion requests an additional thirty (30) days to respond to Defendant's Partial Motion to Dismiss Class Action Complaint. Upon review of the record and the Motion, and in light of the fact that the Motion is unopposed, it is ORDERED AND ADJUDGED that the Motion (DE 14 ) is GRANTED. Plaintiff shall respond to Defendant's Motion to Dismiss on or before August 5, 2026. But the Court notes that the Motion was filed in violation of the Court's 48-hour deadline for requests for extensions of time. Further failures to comply with applicable rules, Court orders, or the Court's Practices and Procedures may result in sanctions being imposed. Signed by Judge Kathleen M. Williams on 7/13/2026.
