ORDER GRANTING JOINT STIPULATION FOR TEMPORARY STAY OF CASE PENDING STATE COURT PROCEEDINGS [ECF NO. 113] by Judge Maame Ewusi-Mensah Frimpong, re Stipulation to Stay Case, 113 : In light of these circumstances, the parties request the Court place a temporary stay for a period of nine (9) months. Id. paragraph 9. IT IS HEREBY ORDERED as follows: 1. The Court, having considered the Stipulation and finding good cause therefor, hereby ORDERS that the action is STAYED and administratively closed until Monday January 5, 2026. 2. The Scheduling Conference scheduled for April 10, 2025 is hereby VACATED. 3. On or before Friday, December 5, 2025, the parties are ORDERED to meet and confer and then file a joint status report as to whether the stay should continue, and if the parties request a lift of the stay, the parties shall file the 26(f) Report called for in the Order Setting Scheduling Conference, ECF No. 111. Upon the failure to timely comply with this Order, this action shall be deemed dismissed as of January 6, 2026. (Made JS-6. Case Terminated.) (bm)
