The Defendant's Motion to Extend the Expert Disclosure Deadline is GRANTED. Accordingly, it is hereby ORDERED that: (1) the Defendant's expert disclosure deadline is extended to September 8, 2026; (2) if the Defendant discloses an expert witness by the September 8 deadline, it must simultaneously provide the Plaintiff's counsel with at least three dates prior to September 22, 2026, when its expert can be deposed; (3) all other deadlines remain in effect; and (4) if the Plaintiff's expert's deposition is canceled again without the agreement of opposing counsel, the Court will schedule an in-person status conference.
