Set/Reset Hearings: Per Doc. 41, the parties are ordered to appear for a Scheduling Conference set for 8/20/2026 10:30 AM in US Courthouse, Courtroom 5B, 155 St. Joseph Street, Mobile, AL 36602 before Magistrate Judge Katherine P. Nelson. (tgw)
Order on Motion to Continue
TEXT-ONLY ORDER: Before the Court is the motion of Defendants to continue trial and set a Rule 16 conference to determine a new trial date 39 as well as the supplement to said motion 40 . In the supplement, Defendants represent that "Plaintiffs do not oppose Defendants' motion to the extent that the trial can be reset within a reasonable amount of time on a date that works for the Court and all Parties." Per the request of Defendants and pursuant to Fed. R. Civ. P. 16(a), all parties are ORDERED to appear before the undersigned Magistrate Judge on August 8/20/2026 at 10:30 a.m. to determine new dates for the final pretrial conference, jury selection, and trial, and to discuss any other matters that need attention. Signed by Magistrate Judge Katherine P. Nelson on 7/23/2026. (sas)
