ORDERED: Because the magistrate judge's discovery order was neither clearly erroneous nor contrary to law, Thomas Nestor's Time Sensitive Rule 72(a) Objections 147 to June 3, 2026 Endorsed Order (Doc. 146) are overruled. Thomas Nestor's Motion for Temporary Stay Pending District Judge Review 147 is denied as moot. Thomas Nestor's Alternative Request for Leave to Submit Court-Approved Security Proposal 147 is denied. On or before 8/3/2026, Thomas Nestor shall serve responses to Defendants' post-judgment discovery requests which were served on April 3 (Docs. 142-6, 142-7) and April 8, 2026 (Doc. 142-8, 142-9). On or before 7/17/2026, the parties shall confer and schedule the deposition of Plaintiff to take place on a mutually agreeable date between August 10 and October 9, 2026.
