Findings & Recommendation: For the above reasons, Pacific Seafood's motion to dismiss (ECF 19 ) should be GRANTED in part and DENIED in part. Plaintiffs' invasion of privacy claim is foreclosed by Oregon law and should be dismissed with prejudice. Although the court is doubtful that plaintiffs can allege a plausible unjust enrichment claim, it cannot conclude that amendment would be futile and recommends dismissal of that claim without prejudice and with leave to amend. Pacific Seafood's motion should be denied as to all other claims. Objections to the Findings and Recommendation are due by 10/14/2026. Signed on 9/30/2026 by Magistrate Judge Jeff Armistead.
