ORDER TO SHOW CAUSE: This matter is before the Court to address outstanding service issues with respect to the unidentified John Doe Defendants. To date, the docket does not reflect that service has been effectuated over the John Doe Defendants, nor is there otherwise an indication on the docket that they are no longer parties. Because Plaintiffs have failed to timely effectuate service over the Doe Defendants, Plaintiffs are ORDERED to SHOW CAUSE WITHIN 14 DAYS OF THE DATE OF THIS ORDER why the Court should not dismiss Plaintiffs' claims against all remaining unserved and unidentified John Doe Defendants. Plaintiffs must support any good cause showing with sworn affidavits or unsworn declarations in compliance with 28 U.S.C. § 1746. Alternatively, Plaintiffs may, within the 14 day timeframe, file a motion to drop the parties pursuant to Rule 21. Show Cause Response due by 10/20/2026. Signed by Magistrate Judge S.
