FINAL DEFAULT JUDGMENT - The Court previously granted Plaintiff SSCP Restaurant Investors LLC's Motion for Default Judgment (Doc. No. 52) against Defendants Ronak J. Pandya, Pandya Restaurant Growth Brands, LLC, and Boston Market Corporation, the only remaining Defendants in this case. See Doc. No. 56 (Court's July 29, 2026, order granting Plaintiff's Motion for Default Judgment). Accordingly, the Court hereby enters the following Default Judgment:
IT IS ORDERED, ADJUDGED, AND DECREED that Plaintiff is entitled to entry of a default judgment against Defendants Ronak J. Pandya, Pandya Restaurant Growth Brands, LLC, and Boston Market Corporation;
IT IS FURTHER ORDERED, ADJUDGED, AND DECREED that, pursuant to Rule 55 of the Federal Rules of Civil Procedure, default judgment is entered against Defendants Ronak J. Pandya, Pandya Restaurant Growth Brands, LLC, and Boston Market Corporation in the principal amount of $33,886,000.00, plus costs of $3,348.58 and reasonable and necessary attorneys' fees in the amount of $18,112.50, for a total judgment of $33,907,461.08;
IT IS FURTHER ORDERED, ADJUDGED, AND DECREED that this Default Judgment shall bear prejudgment interest at the rate of 4.10% from the date this lawsuit was filed until the day preceding the date of this Default Judgment;
IT IS FURTHER ORDERED, ADJUDGED, AND DECREED that this Default Judgment shall bear post-judgment interest at the rate of 4.10% from the date of this Default Judgment until paid in full; and
IT IS FURTHER ORDERED, ADJUDGED, AND DECREED that all relief not specifically granted herein is denied. (Ordered by Judge Ed Kinkeade on 7/29/2026) (chmb)

MEMORANDUM OPINION AND ORDER - Before the Court is Plaintiff SSCP Restaurant Investors LLC's Motion for Default Judgment against Defendants Ronak J. Pandya, Pandya Restaurant Growth Brands, LLC, and Boston Market Corporation (collectively, the "Defendants") (the "Motion") (Doc. No. 52). The Court has carefully considered the Motion, the supporting evidence, Plaintiff's Original Petition ("Plaintiff's Complaint") (Doc. No. 6-3), and the applicable law.
