Dismiss Case
MINUTES (IN CHAMBERS) - COURT ORDER by Judge Percy Anderson re: 16 MOTION to Dismiss Case. For all of the foregoing reasons, the Court concludes that Plaintiff has not, and cannot, establish that Defendants purposefully availed themselves of, or directed their activities at, California. As a result, this Court lacks personal jurisdiction over Defendants. The Court therefore grants Defendants' Motion to Dismiss for Lack of Personal Jurisdiction. The Court denies as moot Defendants' alternative Motion to Transfer Venue. The Court will issue a Judgment dismissing this action without prejudice. (See document for details) (mrgo)
