Gautereaux shall answer or otherwise respond to Plaintiffs' se cond amended complaint within 14 days of service of that complaint. Defendant Shorr's motion to set aside entry of default 128 is GRANTED and second motion is DENIED 134 . The Clerk's April 22, 2026 entry of default 122 is hereby VACATED.
