ORDER: The parties' 27 request for an extension of time to complete discovery is granted. Accordingly, the Court sets the following deadlines:
Fact discovery shall be completed by November 16, 2026.
Simultaneous expert disclosures shall be made by December 14, 2026.
The Court will hold an in-person settlement conference on December 15, 2026 at 2:00pm in Courtroom 504 North.
