IT IS FURTHER ORDERED that Plaintiff shall produce facts known and opinions held by Plaintiff's expert regarding the laboratory testing results underlying his Second Amended Complaint. Specifically, within 14 days of the date of this Order, Plaintiff shall produce the identities of the expert and the testing laboratory; the date(s) of the laboratory testing; the underlying data of the laboratory testing, laboratory test results; testing protocols, methodologies, and standards used to conduct the laboratory tests; whether testing was performed on the products purchased by Plaintiff; and all receipts for Plaintiff's purchase of the H&M products at issue.
