FINAL JUDGMENT by Judge Andre Birotte Jr.: The Court, having granted Beach Cities' Moton to Confirm the Final Award under 9 U.S.C. section 9 of the Federal Arbitration Act 71 . IT IS HEREBY ORDERED, ADJUDGED, AND DECREED: (1) The Final Award issued by the RCC on 6/22/2026, is CONFIRMED. (2) JUDGMENT IS HEREBY ENTERED in favor of Beach Cities and against Greenwald and the Greenwald Parties. (3) Greenwald's claims are therefore DENIED WITH PREJUDICE. (4) Beach Cities' Counterclaims for Breach of Contract Promissory Note; Breach of Contract Pledge and Security Agreement and Guaranty; Conversion; Breach of the Implied Covenant of Good Faith and Fair Dealing; Unjust Enrichment/Restitution; and Declaratory Relief are therefore GRANTED, and Beach Cities is entitled to the $6.8 million in principal under the Promissory Note dated 11/1/2024. (5) Beach Cities is entitled to Post-Judgment Interest pursuant to 28 U.S.C. section 1961, accruing at the rate of 4.03%, or a daily rate of $801.10 (calculated by multiplying 4.03% by $6,800,000 and then dividing by 365 days), from the date of this Judgment. (6) The Court approves the procedures outlined in the Final Award, incorporates those procedures in this Final Judgment, and orders the Greenwald Parties to comply with such procedures until the $6.8 million award, and all interest, is fully satisfied.
