ORDER granting in part and denying in part 46 : The parties request an extension of time to complete discovery but submit competing proposed discovery deadlines. After carefully reviewing the parties' respective positions, the Court adopts the discovery deadlines set forth in the attached discovery plan. See attached.
The parties shall move to join new parties and/or amend the pleadings by 09/23/2026. By 10/23/2026, the parties shall complete fact discovery and file a joint status report certifying the close of fact discovery by 10/30/2026. By 01/22/2027, the parties shall complete all discovery and file a joint status report certifying the close of all discovery by 01/29/2027. The parties shall take the first step in dispositive motion practice by 04/14/2027 and if none, file a proposed joint pre-trial order by 04/28/2027, either way pursuant to the presiding district judge's individual rules.
The parties shall meet and confer in good faith regarding any discovery disputes related to prior counsels' responses to Defendants' discovery demands. So Ordered by Magistrate Judge Marcia M. Henry on 08/25/2026. (DAC)
