Gary Klausner: IT IS HEREBY ORDERED, ADJUDGED AND DECREED THAT Plaintiff Frederick Sap shall have judgment against Hairline Time, LLC., a California Limited Liability Company, in the amount of $15,501.15, calculated as follows: (1) 41500 for violations of California Civil Code Section 3344; (2) $9000 for violations of 15 USC section 1125(a) of the Lanham Act ($3000 trebled); (3) $3000 for false light invasion of privacy; (4) $2010 in attorney's fees; and (5) $491.15 in costs. FURTHER ORDERED, ADJUDGED AND DECREED THAT: Defendant Hairline Time LLC, its agents, servants, employees, representatives, attorneys, subsidiaries, related companies, successors, assigns and all others in active concert or participation with Defendant be permanently enjoined.
