STIPULATION AND ORDER OF SETTLEMENT AND DISMISSAL: IT IS STIPULATED AND AGREED, by and between Plaintiffs and the Government, that Plaintiffs' claims in this action shall be settled and compromised on the following terms and conditions: 1. The Action is hereby dismissed with prejudice without interest, cost, expenses, disbursement, or fees to any party, except as specified in Paragraph 3 of this Stipulation and Order of Settlement and Dismissal (the "Stipulation"). 2. This Stipulation shall not constitute an admission of liability or fault on the part of the Government, or any of its present or former departments, agencies, agents, officials, or employees, nor shall it be deemed to be an admission that they have acted in any manner or way that was negligent in connection with the claims asserted in this Action, or were the cause of any injuries sustained by Plaintiffs, in connection with the claims asserted in this Action. The Stipulation shall not be admissible with respect to, nor is it related to, any other litigation or settlement negotiations. 3. The Government will pay to Plaintiffs the total sum of ONE HUNDRED FIFTY THOUSAND DOLLARS ($150,000.00) (the "Settlement Amount"). The Settlement Amount shall be in full settlement of any and all claims, demands, rights, and causes of action that Plaintiffs now have or may hereafter acquire against the Government, arising from or related to the facts, events, and circumstances giving rise to the Action, and any claims incident thereto, as further set forth.
