Order on Motion for Extension of Time to Complete Discovery 1 - Terminate Deadlines and Hearings
ORDER granting 44 Motion for Extension of Time to Complete Discovery.
The parties' joint request to extend discovery deadlines is granted as follows:(i) All discovery including expert discovery to be completed by November 13, 2026; and(ii) The last date for first steps in summary judgment motion practice is now December 11, 2026.
The parties shall appear for a Status Conference via the Court's Video Zoom on November 6, 2026, at 10:00 AM. The Court will provide a Zoom link closer to the scheduled date.
An in-person Final Pretrial Conference has been rescheduled for December 30, 2026, at 10:00 AM before the undersigned in the Central Islip Courthouse, Courtroom 1020. A proposed Joint Pre-Trial Order ("JPTO") in compliance with the undersigned's Individual Practice Rules, signed by counsel for each party, must be filed on ECF by December 23, 2026. If a Motion for Summary Judgment is pending, the Final Pretrial Conference will be cancelled and filing of the proposed JPTO will be held in abeyance.
