Judge Indira Talwani: ELECTRONIC ORDER cancelling the status conference set for September 3, 2026.In lieu of the status conference, no later than September 3, 2026, the parties shall file a joint report (1) confirming fact discovery has been completed; (2) stating whether the case should be referred to a magistrate judge for mediation; and (3) stating whether the parties anticipate summary judgment motion(s) that do not require expert discovery, and if so, whether they jointly request a stay of expert discovery and an earlier date for summary judgment motions. Pending further order, the Scheduling Order [ 15 ] adopted by the court on February 24, 2026, remains in effect.(MAP)
