TEXT ORDER:The Court having held a status conference on July 7, 2026; it is hereby ORDERED that a hearing to confirm the terms of the parties' settlement is scheduled for August 24, 2026 at 2:00 p.m. and will occur via Microsoft Teams. All counsel are required to attend this conference. All individual parties are also required to attend. This includes Plaintiffs Brendan and Sarah Butler, Defendants Brooks and Kristen Cass, and pro se Defendant William McFetridge. Counsel shall promptly provide the email addresses of Plaintiffs and the Cass Defendants to the Court by email to njdnef_king@njd.uscourts.gov.
