The following persons shall be provided notice of this case and the settlement, pursuant to the FLSA, 29 U.S.C. 216(b): 2. The Settlement Agreement is fair and reasonable, including the distribution to plaintiffs, service award to the representative plaintiff, and plaintiffs' attorneys' fees and expenses as set forth in the Settlement Agreement. (Doc. No. 87 -1). 3. The proposed Notice and Consent forms attached to the Settlement Release, are approved to be sent to the putative collective members as set forth in the Settlement Agreement.
