TEXT ORDER-- Discovery in this matter is complete. The settlement conference conducted on June 9, 2026 resulted in an impasse. Defendant is granted leave to file a motion for summary judgment. Defendant shall serve, but not file, its motion by June 26, 2026; Plaintiff shall serve, but not file, his opposition by July 24, 2026; and Defendant shall serve, but not file, its Reply by August 7, 2026. The parties shall only file the proof of service of their respective motion papers on CM/ECF by the specified service dates. Once all papers have been exchanged between counsel and the motion is fully briefed, Defendant shall, by August 11, 2026, simultaneously file, as three separate docket entries, the motion, opposition and reply, including all attachments thereto.
