ORDER regarding the Court's 54 Judgment and 53 July 16, 2026 Order granting Plaintiff's Motion for Summary Judgment. It is ORDERED that the Judgment (Doc. 54) is hereby VACATED and the Clerk is DIRECTED to re-open the file. The Court's July 16, 2026 Order (Doc. 53) is AMENDED to delete the provision directing the Clerk to enter judgment for Plaintiff and against Defendant and to thereafter close the file. The rest of the Order, including the Court's determination that Plaintiff is discharged from liability to Defendant under the Bond, remains in full force and effect. See Order for details.
