This case is DISMISSED without prejudice and REMANDED to the United States Citizenship and Immigration Services for the agency to render a decision on Plaintiff's naturalization application within 30 days of this order. The parties shall bear their own costs and fees. Consistent with the parties' agreement, this Court ORDERS the parties to file a joint status report confirming whether final adjudication has occurred within 35 days of this order.
