PAPERLESS ORDER MEMORIALIZING STATUS CONFERENCE. THIS CAUSE comes before the Court upon the Court's Status Conference held on August 12th, 2026. ECF No. 51 . For the reasons stated during the hearing, Plaintiffs' Motion to Continue Trial and to Reset Remaining Pretrial Deadlines, ECF No. 47 , is GRANTED. The deadlines in this case are continued as follows:
The parties shall file Joint Pretrial Stipulations by no later than Tuesday, December 29, 2026.
The parties shall file Proposed Findings of Fact and Conclusions of Law by no later than Thursday, December 31, 2026.
The Bench Trial set in this case is hereby RESET for Monday, January 11, 2027, at 9:30 a.m., and the Calendar Call is RESET for Tuesday, January 5, 2027, at 8:30 a.m., before the undersigned at the Wilkie D. Ferguson, Jr. Courthouse, 400 N. Miami Avenue, Courtroom 11-4, Miami, Florida 33128.
