Text Only Order
TEXT ONLY ORDER signed by Judge Brett H. Ludwig on 6/29/2026 re: 47 Status Report. On January 13, 2026, the parties filed a Notice of Settlement and indicated they were negotiating settlement documents and that a stipulation of dismissal was forthcoming. (ECF No. 40.) Since then, the parties have filed multiple status reports updating the Court on their progress. (ECF Nos. 42, 45, 47.) Most recently, on May 26, 2026, Plaintiffs reported that the parties are unable to file a stipulation of dismissal for the remaining parties because Plaintiffs are "in the process of petitioning the Court regarding the minor's settlement distribution." (ECF No. 49 at 2.) The Court accepts Plaintiffs' report and directs the parties to file either a stipulation of dismissal signed by all parties who have appeared in the case pursuant to Fed. R. Civ. P. 41(a)(1)(A)(ii), or a status report explaining their inability to file such a stipulation, no later than July 27, 2026. (cc: all counsel)(jad)
