   DOCKET TEXT ORDER. 78 Stipulated Motion for Stay and Settlement Conference and Notice of Dismissal with Prejudice of Xante's Counterclaim for Patent Infringement is GRANTED as follows: (1) The case will be referred to a Magistrate Judge for a judicial settlement conference. (2) The case is STAYED pending completion of the settlement conference. (3) The parties shall file a status report within 14 days of the conclusion of the settlement conference reporting whether a settlement has been reached, whether settlement negotiations are ongoing, or whether the parties have determined that a settlement is not currently possible. If the parties determine that a settlement is not currently possible, they shall jointly move for an amended scheduling order by the same deadline. SO ORDERED. Signed by Judge Howard C.    The court acknowledges the parties' stipulation dismissing Xante Corporation's counterclaim against S.A. International, Inc. Because the stipulation entails the voluntary dismissal of Xante's only claim against S.A. International, no judicial order is required to effect the dismissal. See, e.g., Van Leeuwen v. Bank of America, N.A., 304 F.R.D. 691, 697 (D. Utah 2015).
